This retreat is an invitation for practitioners of all levels to explore Yin Yoga as a path of deep embodiment and listening, rather than performance. We invite you to slow down, soften, and tune into the subtle language of the body, allowing awareness to unfold from within. Together, we will rediscover your innate intelligence: the quiet rhythms of breath, sensation, and stillness that restore balance, nourish the nervous system, and evoke a profound sense of ease. Through the meditative stillness of Yin, we create the necessary space to rest, to feel, and to reconnect with the embodied wisdom already alive within us.
A Week of Integration and Presence
Our seven-day journey is a steady descent into quietude. The rhythm of each day unfolds slowly, stripping away the layers of “doing” to reveal the beauty of “being.” Our daily practices include:

The transformation is supported by the land and the table. Our culinary team prepares vibrant, plant-based, and organic meals twice daily, brunch and dinner, using fresh ingredients that ground and sustain your energy.
During your personal time, the entirety of Shanti Lake is yours to explore. Whether you find clarity by the water’s edge, warmth in the sauna, or a quiet moment in one of our many “cosy corners,” the environment is an extension of the practice itself—a sanctuary for returning to your true nature.
