6 days – 5 night Yoga retreat in Shanti Lake, South of France.

What if your holiday was not about taking a break from your life, but returning to yourself? Yoga Holidays at Shanti Lake is a gentle self-retreat, a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. This is your time to unwind the nervous system, to listen inward, and to remember that flow is already your nature.

The Sacred Pause

Our program is intentionally spacious, designed to honor the “quiet intelligence” of your own timing. Rather than a rigid itinerary that demands your energy, we offer a rhythmic flow of Embodied Yoga, restorative breathwork, and deep meditation that invites your energy to return. Between our guided sessions, the sanctuary of Shanti Lake provides the ultimate canvas for integration. You might find yourself drifting in a boat on the still water, warming your bones in the sauna, or sharing a silent tea in a sun-drenched corner. Here, the boundary between “practice” and “life” begins to soften, allowing the peace you cultivate on the mat to seep into your walk, your breath, and your presence.

  • The Unhurried Pace: We prioritize quality of presence over quantity of poses.

  • Somatic Nourishment: Our organic, plant-based meals are designed to ground the nervous system and delight the senses.

  • Environmental Support: The birdsong, the rustle of the leaves, and the mirror-like surface of the lake act as co-teachers in your journey of return.

The rhythm of each day unfolds slowly, creating space for insight, integration, and inner listening to emerge naturally. The afternoon class allow exploration of Pranayama and movements based awarness.

Nourishment for Body and Soul

The transformation is supported by the land and the table. Our culinary team prepares vibrant, plant-based, and organic meals twice daily, brunch and dinner, using fresh ingredients that ground and sustain your energy.

During your personal time, the entirety of Shanti Lake is yours to explore. Whether you find clarity by the water’s edge, warmth in the sauna, or a quiet moment in one of our many “cosy corners,” the environment is an extension of the practice itself—a sanctuary for returning to your true nature.
